Many new users landed on the product without any guidance about what to do. A first-time user tutorial system was to more effectively expose new users to the core DocuSign features and show them how they function, and ultimately increase conversion of trial to paying users, reduce confusion, and decrease customer support requests.



Tutorial System Flow Path
This tutorial flow path lets users know that they are in tutorial mode and that we are going to share something with them. It also allows users to skip the tutorial and proceed on their own.
Tutorial flow path keeps each step simple and quick, focusing on one key action at a time in order to make sure it's not overwhelming, which limits the actions available to the user while in the tutorial.
It gives the users positive feedback that they have completed the tutorial and lets them know that they are going back to the live product while reiterating what they have learned so they can utilize it.
