Stamp is very common in some Asian countries, especially in Japan, one of our main markets. To start this project I did knowledge gathering about business stamp use and current eHanko (electronic stamp) in Japan.

After knowledge gathering, I learned that each company has company stamps and each employee has their personal stamp. Many agreements require both company stamp and personal stamp. How to manage company stamps that allow a group of people to use is the main pain-point of this product.

We decided to put manage stamp in DocuSign Admit to give company administrators control of access to different sets of company stamps.

The main challenge of this project is that search search feature in DocuSign Admit was not the newest technology. This created many technical constraints on how we pull our user data from the account and on allowing administrators to control access to stamp sets. Therefore for this project I also re-designed the accumulator tool.

We created a new accumulator that worked on different parts of DocuSign Admit, including eHanko. We also created multiple flows which allow users to use different sources to upload their stamps.
